SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all domestic orders via USPS with tracking included. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping within the United States.

International Shipping (Canada) We currently ship to Canada via USPS International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days after shipment.

Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs.

Tracking All shipments include tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can track your package at usps.com or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at idealdocs1@gmail.com. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue.
